Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team at Novotech. As a CRA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clinical trials by building strong relationships with site trial personnel and fostering a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building relationships with Principal Investigators, study coordinators, pharmacists, and all relevant site trial personnel to ensure efficient trial management
• Fostering internal and external customer relationships to ensure focus on timely and productive project delivery
• Collaborating with the In-house Clinical Research Associate (IHCRA) and Regulatory Start Up Associate (RSA), preparing site essential documents, and supporting ethics and regulatory submission processes as needed

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various clinical trials across different phases, leveraging your expertise to drive site recruitment and engagement initiatives. You will also be responsible for monitoring investigational sites according to ICH GCP guidelines, conducting site selection, site initiation, site monitoring, and site close-out visits.
