Strategic Product Disclosure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Product Governance Disclosure Document Manager to lead the ongoing management and enhancement of our public investments business's suite of disclosure documents. This is a critical role that will require close collaboration with key stakeholders to deliver a robust disclosure document review process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and disclosure requirements, with at least three years of demonstrated experience in this field. They will be responsible for planning disclosure updates, developing project timelines, and maintaining accurate records of disclosure documents and related activities.
This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to co-ordinate multiple priorities with competing deadlines and meet tight timeframes. The successful candidate will also have strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, as well as proficiency in the use of relevant tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ongoing management and enhancement of our public investments business's suite of disclosure documents.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deliver a robust disclosure document review process.
- Develop project timelines and maintain accurate records of disclosure documents and related activities.
- Co-ordinate multiple priorities with competing deadlines and meet tight timeframes.
