We are seeking a Disclosure Document Manager to lead the ongoing management and enhancement of our public investments business's suite of disclosure documents.
About the RoleThis role involves planning disclosure updates in collaboration with key stakeholders, including developing project timelines, maintaining accurate records of disclosure documents, and providing guidance on the structure and content of disclosure documents. You will also co-ordinate a team of subject matter experts to prepare clear and concise descriptions of investment product features and strategies.
As part of this role, you will work closely with marketing and web teams on the publishing of disclosure documents and associated collateral, as well as manage key communication initiatives such as significant event notices and legislative and/or product-related updates.
Your strong understanding of financial products and disclosure requirements will enable you to ensure that all disclosure documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies.
You will be responsible for delivering a robust disclosure document review process, which includes developing project timelines at the outset of each roll to ensure they are accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the ongoing management and enhancement of our public investments business's suite of disclosure documents
- Develop and implement project timelines for disclosure updates in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of disclosure documents and related activities
- Provide guidance on the structure and content of disclosure documents
- Coordinate a team of subject matter experts to prepare clear and concise descriptions of investment product features and strategies
- Strong understanding of financial products and disclosure requirements
- Degree educated in a relevant field such as economics or finance
- Proficiency in the use of analytical tools and systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
