IT Event Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Events Administrator to provide technical support for our events across Australia. This role combines office-based system administration with field deployments at various venues, stadiums, and event spaces.
Technical Operations:- Scope and create bespoke IT solutions for events across the country.
- Deliver on-site IT support for our diverse event portfolio.
- Work with Windows versions (Windows 10/11, Windows IoT, Windows Server 2019/2022).
- Install points of sale (PCs, BOCA printers, EFTPOS) at venues and temporary events.
- Administer and maintain ticketing IT infrastructure and access control infrastructure at client venues.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance and respond to urgent technical needs.
- Use JIRA to track, document, and resolve issues with detailed reporting.
- Install, support, and maintain IT collateral such as servers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Configure VPN connections and network services for temporary deployments.
- Collaborate professionally with clients.
- Provide technical guidance and support during high-pressure event situations.
- Maintain accurate configuration documentation and system records.
- Respond promptly to service desk requests with fault resolution tracking.
