About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Export Coordinator to join our Global Trade team at Mondelez International. As an Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the export process, including logistics, sales reporting, stock management, and promotional programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Export Logistics:
- Manage the export order process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth export operations
- Track and monitor shipments, resolving any issues that may arise
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to the Export Manager
- Provide regular sales updates to USA and UK Sales Managers
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Stock Management:
- Manage stock levels in USA and UK warehouses, ensuring adequate inventory to meet customer demand
- Coordinate with Supply Planner to schedule container orders and manage stock levels
- Monitor and report on stock levels, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Promotional Management:
- Manage promotional programs, including tracking and measuring promotional allowances
- Dispute and approve customer deductions and claims
- Monitor and report on promotional spend
- Customer Support:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Manage customer relationships, building strong partnerships with key customers
- Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food or beverage industry
- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in International Trade or a related field
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Language: English (fluency required)
