About the Opportunity

Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-performing team of 30 at one of our company's flagship locations. As a key member of our executive leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including P&L management, shift management, performance management, recruitment & training.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager or Venue Manager in pubs, cafes, QSR, and chained restaurants
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to design and implement effective training programs to develop future leaders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
