About The Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to lead our team at our Geraldton store.

This is a full-time position requiring 38 hours of work per week.

  • You will be responsible for driving exceptional customer experiences and achieving business goals.
  • Succession planning is essential to ensure team members can progress into new opportunities.
  • Visual Merchandising plays a crucial role in-store, and you will need to make informed commercial decisions.
  • Effective stock management processes are vital to our success.
  • Coaching and providing feedback to team members is a key aspect of this role.
