Job Title: Building Craft Specialist

\Abstracts and installation of natural stone, Dekton, marble, porcelain, and ceramic products are at the core of this role. As a key member of our construction team, you will be working closely with internal project managers to ensure seamless project execution.\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Assessing and interpreting blueprints and plans to determine dimensions and stone selection\
  • Laying stone, Dekton, marble, porcelain, etc. in specific arrangements, ensuring alignment\
  • Applying sealants or mortars between and removing excess\
  • Cutting, installing, constructing and polishing (where applicable) stone, Dekton, marble, porcelain, ceramic, etc. to required spaces\
  • Repairing and restoring stone slabs, Dekton, marble, porcelain, ceramic, etc. where needed\
  • Finishing stone surfaces for products such as kitchen benchtops and bathroom vanities\
  • Liaising with internal project managers to ensure project timelines are met\
  • Adhering to all work health and safety (WHS) best practice requirements\
  • Having experience with all aspects of processing and installing engineered and natural stone benchtops is essential\
  • A driver's license and a Construction White Card are also required\
  • High attention to detail, ability to work autonomously and within a team environment, positive work attitude, and natural problem-solving skills are highly valued\
