Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive data-driven decision making across our organization.
- Profile and analyze diverse data sources to uncover trends and insights that inform business strategy
- Access, transform, and integrate large datasets to support strategic initiatives
- Extract and consolidate data from multiple systems and sources to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Develop intuitive metrics and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
- Validate data lineage and metadata to maintain data quality and compliance
- Conduct impact analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities that shape our business trajectory
- Document findings and recommendations for informed decision making
The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis with a focus on governance, risk, and compliance. They will possess hands-on technical skills across SQL, Excel, Power BI, Databricks, Amazon Redshift, RESTful API, and MDM.
Key Requirements:- Mid-Senior level expertise in data analysis and governance
- Strong technical skills in data profiling, quality assessments, and data lineage
- Experience working with large datasets and developing metrics and dashboards
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively
This is a contract position with an initial 6-month term. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and excellence in data analysis.
