Job Description

The Sales Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the sales team. This includes managing accounts, raising quotes, and following up on quote conversions. You will also be involved in updating customer information on our database and making initial contact with new leads.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the sales team to maximize their time and increase sales growth.
  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and ensuring timely updates.
  • Raising quotes and following up on conversions to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Updating customer information on our database to ensure accurate records.
  • Making initial contact with new leads and allocating them to the sales team for follow-up.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills. You should also be proactive and energetic, with a passion for leadership and building strong business relationships.

Key qualifications include:
