Key Account Position

The Key Account Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategic account plans to drive long-term sales growth and profitability in grocery and mass merchant channels.

Your Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives.
  • Develop innovative solutions for customers, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet diverse needs.
  • Support market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning.
  • Design commercial strategies to drive market leadership and sales excellence.
  • Participate in critical customer negotiations, securing strategic agreements that drive mutual value.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to senior audiences, articulating complex value propositions.

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Commerce, Business, or Marketing.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales, and Business Development, particularly in B2C environments.
  • Ability to drive business growth through effective market research, data analysis, and sales forecasting.
  • Commercial acumen to develop and implement business development initiatives.
