We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare orders using SAP system and/or pricing tool
- Communicate with Customers and Sales Team to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with Materials Management and Operations team to anticipate projects and scheduling issues
- Manage orders, including purchase orders, sample requests, and returns
- Expedite shipment of items outside of general lead-time
- Monitor and follow-up on shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery
- Set up regular calls with customers to review open backlog and discuss concerns
- Process rebates claims and stock returns
- Support quality and warranty processes
- Degree in Business or related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Order Fulfilment environment
- PREFERRED: Knowledge or experience with SAP system
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Pleasant personality with passion for service excellence
- Strong team player who can adapt to dynamic environment
