The Role
We are seeking an experienced Junior Legal Counsel to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proactive approach to contract law and risk analysis. Key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing sound advice to the operations team on commercial risk and contract entitlements.
  2. Reviewing commercial tenders and contracts.
  3. Assisting with contract negotiation, claims, and disputes.
  4. Maintaining cost trackers for specific projects.
  5. Creating and reviewing contract templates and documentation.

About You
We are looking for a confident individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience from a ground engineering construction contractor environment is ideal, but we also support candidates who want to make a change from client-side. Required skills and qualifications include:
  • A proactive approach to contract law and risk analysis.
  • Construction and engineering industry experience.
  • Strong commercial, contractual, and financial acumen.
  • A keen interest in joining a continuously growing specialist construction contractor.
