Job Title: Director of Growth and Innovation

This is a pivotal leadership role that requires driving business growth, innovation, and excellence in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, building relationships with customers, and developing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.


About the Job

As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our company's sales strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product strategists, to define and achieve business goals.


Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of high-performing sales representatives and foster a growth culture.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their technology footprint, growth plans, and business drivers.
  • Develop account strategies to generate and develop business growth opportunities, working collaboratively with customer engineers and partners.
  • Represent the territory in business planning, town halls, and team meetings, reporting timely forecasting and business performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in technology-related sales or business development at a software company.
  • 10 years of experience managing and leading a team.
  • Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
  • Experience in Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) sales roles.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners in implementation projects and agreements.
  • Experience driving growth of cloud technologies in the Digital Natives/Startups industry.
  • Ability to engage and influence new relationships across the portfolio to drive growth.
