Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the delivery of ICT capabilities.

About the Role:

  • Provide strategic oversight of multiple projects and activities within the Mobility program across security domains.
  • Lead a diverse team with different skill sets, including technical and non-technical staff.
  • Develop and manage the roadmap of ICT Mobility program capabilities for Defence.
  • Utilize project management tools to ensure relevant information is maintained and up-to-date.
  • Raise exception reports when a project fails to meet timeframes.
  • Nurture stakeholder relationships and expectations.
  • Ensure vendors and other supporting teams meet deadlines and timeframes agreed by the project.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven experience in leading a diverse team, including project managers and technical engineers.
  • Deep knowledge of project and program management, with proven experience in managing and delivering multiple ICT projects.
  • Experience in managing Mobile ICT projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work in a fluid environment, remaining flexible, agile, and adaptable.
