Expert Tax Consultant Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering specialist taxation advice for key mergers and acquisitions transactions.

We are seeking experienced tax experts who can work with clients across various sectors, including private equity, corporate, initial public offerings, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects. As a member of our team, you will collaborate with other departments on complex transactions, drive business development opportunities, and oversee the growth of our M&A Tax practice.

  • Provide high-quality tax advisory services to clients, identifying key value drivers to help them achieve commercial objectives.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of our M&A Tax offering, leveraging your expertise to drive growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and building trust through consistent delivery.
  • Pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in international tax and/or M&A tax advisory roles, or 5 years' experience in senior management positions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering complex engagements on time and within budget.
  • Degree-qualified, with postgraduate academic qualifications in tax (e.g., Tax Institute or Master's degree in Tax).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working and strong people management abilities.
