**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Lead
At our organization, we are looking for a seasoned maintenance professional to lead our night shift team. As a Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of manufacturing equipment and leading a team of skilled technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduled and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Lead a team of maintenance associates in diagnosing and repairing industrial equipment, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assign work orders and provide training to maintenance associates on the repair of extrusion lines and other complex equipment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in maintenance leadership, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding maintenance targets.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC programming principles, as well as experience with plant utilities and preventive maintenance scheduling.
