Settlements Officer Job Description">

We're seeking a skilled Settlements Officer to join our team and help us achieve outstanding results in the mortgage lending and investment industry.

As a Settlements Officer, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, brokers, and other lenders through excellent customer service. You'll also be required to upload loan documentation, perform data entry within our CRM, facilitate the discharge of customer loan accounts, and produce loan statements and account information for Funding Customers.

Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year's recent experience in Mortgages or Financial Services, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders. If you're a team player who enjoys processes and maximising procedural efficiencies, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:">

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and other lenders
  • Upload loan documentation and perform data entry within our CRM
  • Facilitate the discharge of customer loan accounts
  • Produce loan statements and account information for Funding Customers
  • Provide first-class service to our brokers, solicitors, and customers

Requirements:">

  • At least 1 year's recent experience in Mortgages or Financial Services
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external stakeholders
