Mortgage Processor Job

We are seeking an experienced mortgage professional to join our team. As a loan processor, you will apply your expertise in mortgage broking support to work collaboratively with brokers and lenders to deliver exceptional service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality loan processing services.
    • Manage loan files using lender policies to identify suitable options for brokers and clients.
    • Assist with loan structuring, borrowing capacity calculations, property valuations, and compliance checks.
    • Check and submit accurate loan applications, including valuations and compliance documentation.
    • Maintain workflow efficiency by ensuring tasks are completed on time and brokers are supported with timely information.
    • Communicate with lenders post-submission, following up on progress and supporting escalations.
    • Keep all files organised and compliant, proactively managing outstanding tasks and documentation.
  • About You:
    • 3+ years of experience in loan processing or mortgage broking support.
    • Strong understanding of lender policies and the end-to-end loan application process.
    • Proven ability to support high-performing brokers with quality, efficient loan processing.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills, engaging confidently with brokers and lenders.
    • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking or relevant financial services qualification.
    • Hands-on experience using loan origination software and lender portals.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
