Early Childhood Educator

KU Children's Services is a leading provider of early childhood education and care in Australia, with a strong reputation for excellence, innovation, and inclusion. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at KU Mariemont Kindergarten.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, with a strong understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. They will be responsible for providing high-quality education and care for children, with a focus on building relationships and creating an inclusive environment.
The kindergarten offers a 60-place sessional program, with two three- and four-year-old groups. The service is split between the East Wing and West Wing, both of which have wonderful outdoor spaces and natural resources. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing team to provide education and care for children, with a focus on building relationships and creating an inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework and will be able to implement this in their practice. They will also have a sound understanding of child protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
