Grounds and Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds and Maintenance Officer to join our team at Stockland Point Cook in Melbourne, VIC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued comfort, safety, and happiness of our valued retail customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assume responsibility for the everyday maintenance and presentation of the Centre, including general maintenance, tiling, painting, and other works as requested.
- Timely and effective resolution of assigned tasks.
- Support processes and procedures related to the delivery of a safe, compliant, well-maintained, and sustainable Centre.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Manage and maintain gardens and lawns if required.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in a similar type of role. You will have clear communication and good people skills. Additionally, you will bring:
- Relevant maintenance experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Appreciation for OH&S and legislative compliance and practices.

- Relevant trade qualifications will be highly regarded.
