Job Description

We are seeking a high-level professional to provide confidential secretarial services to the Commissioner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings of the Executive Committee and prepare internal papers for consideration.
  • Support consultative forums and committees as requested by the Commissioner.
  • Coordinate the Commissioner's attendance at external events and ensure supporting documents are available.
  • Attend meetings with the Commissioner and record actions in a timely manner.
  • Undertake special projects and conduct discreet research as requested.
  • Extract, prepare and analyse data from various systems and sources.
  • Research, analyse and prepare responses and documents for the Commissioner on critical matters.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate executive travel and accommodation arrangements.

This role requires strategic thinking, productivity and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
