Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service / Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating a fleet of equipment, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment">
  • Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites, including safely loading and unloading of equipment">
  • Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions">
  • Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs">
  • Clean branch facilities and perform maintenance of equipment as required">
  • Conduct equipment 'check in' and 'check out' inspections">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid driver's licence, the availability to work weekends on a rotating roster, and strong communication skills. You should also be physically fit and able to pass a drug test.
