Key responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365 services, managing security settings and implementing compliance policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day activities for the upkeep of sensitive networks.
  • Ensure performance, security, and uptime by monitoring network environments.
  • Implement data loss prevention policies and ensure data retention in line with organisational standards.
  • Maintain expertise in Microsoft 365 configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Procure hardware and software and coordinate delivery and support from vendors.

The role requires effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.

A high level of initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving ability are essential.
