Marketing Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to drive innovative customer engagement programs that boost acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in CRM, Digital Marketing, Data & Analytics or a related field.

This is a full-time permanent contract position, Monday to Friday (38 hours), with flexible working arrangements and policies for managing after-hours work as agreed with the supervising manager.

  • Develop and execute CRM activities, including email marketing campaigns
  • Analyse data to identify challenges and proactively address them
  • Maintain and develop existing and future audiences
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organisation
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in CRM, Digital Marketing, Data & Analytics or a related field
  • Experience in planning, developing and executing CRM activities
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
