Senior Interior Design Position Available

We are seeking an experienced interior designer to join our team as a senior member. As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact commercial fitout and workplace projects from concept to completion.

The Role:
  • Lead the design direction for commercial fitout and workplace projects
  • Develop design concepts, spatial planning, and material selections
  • Prepare documentation packages for construction and council submissions
  • Coordinate with internal project managers and external consultants
  • Presentation of ideas to clients and guidance through the design process
  • Mentor and support junior team members
About You:
  • 5–8 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial or workplace fitouts
  • Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong understanding of construction documentation and technical detailing
  • Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Collaborative mindset and passion for high-quality, thoughtful design
