ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in our Sydney studio, the Interior Designer role requires the participation and contribution in all aspects of project delivery from inception to completion including liaison with external consultants, clients, and other team members. This role will develop designs according to a brief that are functional, appealing, and suitable for both the client and characteristics of a brand and space.

This is a 'hands on' role, and we need a real team player with a positive attitude to take on each new task, no matter how big or small.

In this role you are to support the ethos, strategies, and design direction ofNBRS.

ABOUT YOU

• Tertiary degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture
• Ability to be involved in the production of multiple projects with differing levels of complexity, in various stages of completion.
• 3+ years post graduate experience in Interior Design/Architecture
• Demonstrated strength in creativity and design coupled with technical knowledge including BCA and Australian Standards
• Sound knowledge of finishes, fittings, and furnishings (including suppliers and manufacturers)
• Ability to apply common sense to solve problems and make decisions in non-standard situations
• Experience in Revit and 3D documentation packages
• High quality oral, graphic and written communication skills with use of Adobe Suite and rendering software
