As an experienced Interior Designer, we want to invest in your development to enable you to advance.Key Responsibilities:Design and Documentation: Produce high-quality design and documentation.Project Skills: Coordinate and oversee all technical activities.Quality Control: Maintain design direction intent, ensure compliance with project scope and deliverables, and undertake reviews of projects and documentation.Stakeholder Management: Facilitate conversations, manage complex projects, build trust with clients, and deliver outstanding customer service.We offer:Discretionary BonusA flat organizational structure with accessible and approachable leadership.A seat at the table where your ideas are heard.A friendly team who are serious about the work but like to have fun along the way.We require:Interior designer, typically 6-10 years post qualification design experience however all applications are considered on their own merit.Whilst some flexibility is offered, this role is based in the office.Ready to Join Us?
