About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to join our team at Ignition. As a key member of our Growth Group, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision making across the organization.

As a Product Analyst, you will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to understand key product goals, user behavior, and growth objectives. You will assist Product Managers in using analytics tools like Amplitude, empowering them to perform routine data analysis independently while providing support on more complex queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product goals and user behavior
  • Assist Product Managers in using analytics tools like Amplitude
  • Develop and maintain tracking plans to ensure accurate data capture
  • Ensure data governance and tracking processes are followed
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 3+ years of experience with digital analytics tools (Amplitude preferred)
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a focus on delivering business outcomes through data analysis and insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analyses into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Experience in data governance and developing tracking plans to ensure accurate data collection and effective analysis
  • Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like Segment or Hightouch
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers
  • Strong SQL skills, ideally with experience in cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis in order to derive insights from complex data, ideally using Python
