Job Title

Lead a team of engineers in driving the evolution of water hygiene, water treatment and air purification with innovation and best practice to ensure the highest safety of people within communities.

This role oversees operational and compliance activities, ensuring maintenance work aligns with company objectives.

The successful candidate will provide strong leadership to the team, fostering accountability, motivation and alignment with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include onboarding new starters, recruitment implementation, forecasting analysis and action, engineering compliance completion, available day management, lock up management.

Required skills and qualifications include leadership, analytical skills, communication and organizational skills, knowledge of compliance and safety standards, problem-solving and decision-making.

Preferred qualifications include a degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field, and relevant certifications such as City & Guilds, NVQ.
