As a senior legal advisor to the Commonwealth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Australia's laws and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-calibre legal advice and assistance to clients in specialist areas including constitutional law, public law and statutory interpretation
  • Cultivate new business opportunities with clients through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions

This role requires experienced Lawyers with a deep understanding of constitutional law and a thorough knowledge of the Commonwealth legal environment. The successful candidates will have:

  • Substantial experience in areas of relevance and a comprehensive understanding of the Commonwealth legal landscape
  • A strong grasp of constitutional law, public law and statutory interpretation
  • Sound professional and business acumen
  • Outstanding research and analytical skills, well-developed written communication skills and the ability to provide clear and concise written advice
  • A demonstrated ability to work under pressure and in urgent circumstances, and to take responsibility for matters and work with minimal supervision
