About the Role

The Information Security Specialist plays a vital role in safeguarding business assets and enhancing cyber risk management.

This position is responsible for identifying information security risks, implementing mitigating activities, and raising awareness among employees to improve cyber security posture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between business units and the central cybersecurity team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of security initiatives, policies, and concerns.
  • Participate in security awareness training and risk assessments to reduce risk and security exposure.
  • Communicate risk assessment findings and provide guidance on risk remediation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve risk posture and advise on risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to developing the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and supply chain security assessments.
  • Manage information security projects and assist in M&A activities to evaluate information security requirements.
  • Support business units in creating Business Impact Analyses and contributing to business continuity planning.
  • Participate in threat intelligence development and monitoring of information security KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills and a Bachelor's degree in business information systems, cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in the field and knowledge of regulatory compliance, including information security management frameworks.
  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM are highly valued.
  • High-level verbal and written English skills, with additional languages a plus.
