Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Security Expert to join our team. This is a customer-facing role where you will own the technical relationship between customers and our organization, helping them leverage their cloud investments through architecture, implementation, and operational health engagements.

This position requires a deep understanding of cloud security technologies and best practices. As a trusted advisor, you will drive positive customer satisfaction by providing feedback and insights from customers/partners and sharing best practices with global teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement end-to-end value propositions for cloud security solutions, spanning cloud security offerings and focusing on threat protection, identity and access management, and cloud security.
  • Translate customer/partner challenges into cloud security solutions aligned with our strategy, leading the adoption of cloud security offerings and building strong relationships with business stakeholders up to the C-suite.
  • Bridge technical and business priorities, engaging with CISOs and experts as needed to address security, compliance, and operational requirements.

You will deliver technical presentations and demos, propose high-level solutions, and work with key resources to drive deployment and customer adoption, identifying cross-sell/upsell/unified opportunities through customer engagement.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field, AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • OR A master's degree in cyber security, computer science, information technology, engineering, business, or a related field, AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
  • 6+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  • 6+ years experience working on technical projects.
  • Technical certification in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security agnostic certifications).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Security Fundamentals, Microsoft Security Operations, Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect, Certified Cloud Security Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Ethical Hacker, GIAC Security Essentials.
  • Subject matter expert in areas such as threat protection, SIEM and incident response; extended detection and response; security orchestration, automation, and response; security operation center management; identity and access management; cloud security; data security.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
