As a key member of our team, you will play a critical part in safeguarding the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets. This involves developing strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their technology roadmap and providing expert guidance on cybersecurity strategy.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar cybersecurity role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. They will also be able to manage workload, prioritise tasks, and escalate when necessary.

In this role, you will work closely with local stakeholder groups, including IT, Legal, Risk Management, and client-facing teams, to drive our global cybersecurity strategy. You will assist internal business teams with navigating security assessment processes and provide security guidance and support.

Key responsibilities include identifying and managing information security risk areas, managing and delivering planned projects and risk reduction initiatives, and contributing to global workstreams to uplift the security posture for our network.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar cybersecurity role working with the business (1 to 3 years)
  • The ability to easily communicate and explain cybersecurity principles to non-technical stakeholders
  • Taking data and translating into a relatable, digestible, creative form to use with business teams and senior stakeholders (e.g., presentations, dashboards, reports)
  • Enjoy helping people with problem-solving, customer service outlook - working with business teams to achieve positive outcomes
  • Ability to manage workload - prioritise and recognise when to escalate to management
  • An interest in our business model, service offerings, and business operating environment as it pertains to our threat landscape
  • Project management skills
  • Experience working in a globally distributed team is advantageous
