Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and proactive person with an engaging personality to enhance our team on a part-time basis. The perfect candidate will dynamically support both the front desk and housekeeping teams, committed to delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining the property's immaculate condition, in line with the esteemed standards associated with YHA properties.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service to property guests and contributing to the property's friendly and cheerful atmosphere.
- Answering guest queries and providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations.
- Checking in and out guests and providing them with information that will assist in an enjoyable stay.
- Resolving any guest concerns or disputes and escalating to relevant management when appropriate.
- Refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitoring and replenishing stock and ensuring our property remains sparkling clean.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
