Key Responsibilities- Business Analysis: Analyze business requirements and develop well-organized, value-driven frameworks to provide business value in the product backlog.
- Functional Decomposition: Define high-level epics and stories to create a logical functional hierarchy that provides a mechanism for better understanding of relationships between user stories and epics.
- Documentation: Clearly document related user stories and epics, grouping them into themes as necessary.
- Project Support: Perform business analysis and other supporting project functions to contribute towards project success measures, including scope, time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Agile Experience: Experience delivering in an Agile environment.
- Development Knowledge: Working knowledge/understanding of platforms such as CRMs, Adobe Products such as AEM, Target, and Analytics.
- Facilitation Skills: Experience facilitating workshops, running meetings, and interviewing.
- Requirements Elicitation: Experience eliciting requirements and information from all levels of staff, including senior stakeholders and technical and business SMEs.
- Documentation Skills: Experience documenting complex business problems and requirements using Use Case and User Stories.
- Toolset Proficiency: Experience using Jira and Confluence requirements toolsets.
- Teamwork: Experience working in a cross-functional, collaborative team environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
