Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations of a Melbourne-based Care Community including people leadership, customer outcomes and full P&L performance responsibilities.
  • Drive a positive and inspiring team culture to deliver high-quality care and wellbeing services to older people.
  • Develop strong and connected relationships with residents, families, health professionals and the wider community.
