Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive officer to manage crew rosters, ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and safe manning requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage crew rosters across a 7-day operation in Deputy.
  • Liaise with crew to fill shifts and manage last-minute changes such as unavailability or sick leave.
  • Ensure rosters comply with enterprise agreements, fatigue management guidelines, and safe manning requirements.
  • Work closely with charter sales and scheduled cruise teams to confirm vessel crewing for all departures.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of crew availability, qualifications, and shift compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the marine operations team as required.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of rostering and scheduling processes.
