Clinical Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team as a Lead Practitioner.
Main Responsibilities- The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and expert care to young people and their families, promoting developmentally appropriate treatment and support.
- You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-standard clinical services, ensuring evidence-based practice and person-centred care.
- Develop and implement complex case management strategies, assessment, and individual therapies, including specialised treatment programs.
- Collaborate with consultant psychiatrists to develop new youth mental health services in Tasmania.
- Lead and mentor clinicians within the team, providing support and consultation as required.
- Degree in a relevant field of allied health (e.g. psychology, social work, occupational therapy).
- Postgraduate qualifications or registration in a relevant area of practice.
- Proven experience in clinical leadership and team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
