The RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead a diverse and high-performing team of Technical Success Managers. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer relationships, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
You will work closely with cross-functional counterparts to evolve and scale global service offerings, mature industry-leading platforms, fine-tune go-to-market motions, and improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements- Minimum 10 years' experience in Customer Success or Strategy role (including at least 2 years people management experience)
- Previous experience managing teams across APJ region would be advantageous
- Track record of owning and delivering targets at scale
- Passion for coaching and mentoring high-performing team members
- Proven track record of successfully bringing value to customers and delivering key business results
