Senior Clinical Coordinator

The role of Senior Clinical Coordinator is to oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical care services to residents in a aged care facility.

About the Role
  • This is a full-time, fixed-term position that requires strong clinical leadership skills and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of improving resident outcomes through effective communication, problem-solving and staff mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with residents, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Mentor and support staff to ensure best practice in clinical care and adherence to accreditation standards.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in regular audits to ensure excellence in care delivery.

Requirements:

  • CURRENT NURSING REGISTRATION WITH AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)
  • Demonstrated experience as a senior registered nurse or care manager in aged care
  • Able to lead by example, communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others
  • Familiarity with aged care accreditation standards and quality improvement principles
