The role of a Leading Learning and Wellbeing Specialist is to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of whole-school strategies that promote student engagement, attendance, connectedness, and positive behaviour. This specialist will work closely with teachers, staff, and the wider community to enhance student participation, wellbeing, and school culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Teachers currently registered or eligible for registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching are encouraged to apply. Qualified candidates with experience in curriculum areas specified for the position will be considered.

Successful applicants will have access to a broad range of employment conditions and working arrangements. A satisfactory pre-employment conditions check will be conducted before appointment. A probationary period may apply during the first year of employment, and induction and support programs will be provided.
