Strategic Business Projects Manager

The Senior Project Officer plays a pivotal role in developing and delivering strategies to address recommendations from inquiries, inquests, and reviews relating to watch-houses. This entails assisting in the development, implementation, overview, and evaluation of strategic projects that contribute to the alignment of business outcomes for the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic projects that align with departmental goals.
- Represent the department on committees and working parties, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and review reports, briefing notes, submissions, business cases, and correspondence to meet organisational requirements.
The Senior Project Officer will also provide high-quality advice on emerging and business improvement issues affecting policing services, developing strategies and options to effectively address these challenges. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
