About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer/Grounds Person to join our team at IPA Personnel. As a Magazine Attendant/Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and upkeep of our site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Perform daily inventory checks and stock control to ensure accurate tracking of materials.
- Grounds Maintenance: Regularly mow, garden, and maintain the site grounds to maintain a safe and visually appealing environment.
- Safety and Security: Follow strict safety protocols and ensure security measures are adhered to at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Operate a forklift (if licensed) to safely manage materials and use a tractor, slasher, ride-on mower, or skid steer loader for grounds maintenance.
- Basic Mechanical Work: Carry out basic mechanical work (if qualified), such as equipment repairs and servicing.
Requirements:
- Open Driver's Licence: Possess a valid open driver's licence.
- Physical Fitness: Be physically fit to handle manual tasks.
- Criminal History Check: Ability to pass a Criminal history check.
- Experience: Experience with tractors, slashers, ride-on mowers, or skid steer loaders.
- Forklift Licence: Forklift licence (desirable).
- Mechanical Background: Mechanical background (desirable).
