Mobile Service Technician Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality service and repairs to customers across various locations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consistent and accurate field service and repairs to plant and machinery
  • Provide solutions and build relationships with customers
  • Travel to sites to replace hoses in breakdown situations or complete new installation work on machinery

Requirements:

  • Trade/field service experience in fitting/mechanical background and hydraulic experience
  • Previous experience manufacturing hydraulic fluid conveying assemblies
  • Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
  • Good numeracy, verbal and written skills
  • Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and problem solve
  • Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety and Safe Work Practices
  • Current manual drivers licence and MR Licence
  • Flexibility to work varying hours as after-hours availability is required
