About the Job
  • Deliver civil engineering design services across various projects, including transport infrastructure and renewable systems technology.
  • Conduct value engineering reviews to identify efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Develop and recommend design methods, specifications, and performance requirements for tenders and projects.
  • Oversee project tasks as a project manager, including client engagement, budget management, case studies, and knowledge sharing.
  • Influence continuous improvement through high performance, innovation, and accountability.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Tertiary degree or diploma in civil engineering.
  • Engineers Australia Chartership and state professional registrations are desirable prior but should be acquired within 12-24 months.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering consulting or construction.
  • Experience in multi-discipline engineering design and construction delivery.
  • Excellent civil engineering skills, particularly in civil infrastructure design, road geometric design, rail geometric design, and construction staging.
  • Proficient in industry-standard terrain modelling and civil engineering software like 12d Model and/or Autodesk Civil 3D.
