Education Leader for Health and Wellness in a Vibrant Regional Setting

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Middle Leader - Health and Physical Education and Sport to join our team at Good Shepherd Catholic College, Mount Isa. This is a permanent teaching role with a 3-year fixed term appointment to the Middle Leader position.
The successful applicant will be responsible for leading the learning and teaching program, ensuring quality of student learning, and effectiveness of teacher practice. They will utilise thorough analysis of current data to inform decisions and develop appropriate partnerships within and outside of the college.
As a member of our committed team of professional teachers, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively to provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences for students. You will also contribute to the development of instructional strategies to increase student growth and achievement.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $94,362 to $135,572 per annum pending experience, plus a $12,648 ML Allowance. Our benefits package includes:
