Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Leading a team of skilled testers, you will oversee the planning, coordination and execution of testing activities across multiple projects. As a seasoned Test Lead, your expertise will drive high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Test Strategy & Planning
- Develop comprehensive test strategies aligned with project goals and timelines, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define and implement processes for effective test coverage and defect resolution.
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for growth and development within the team.
- Automation & Tools
- Support automated testers in designing and maintaining test frameworks and scripts.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities for expanding test automation coverage.
- Test Execution & Reporting
- Oversee the execution of functional, regression, integration, performance and user acceptance testing.
- Track and report test progress, defect metrics and quality KPIs to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices and industry requirements.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
