Grower Liaison Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Grower Liaison Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with growers across Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining trusted partnerships with growers locally and interstate.
  • Onboarding new growers and assisting in managing supplier agreements.
  • Collaborating on crop planning and harvest schedules aligned with supply chain forecasts.
  • Monitoring crop progress and coordinating timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and ethical sourcing programs.
  • Supporting growers in adopting sustainable and regenerative farming practices.
  • Maintaining accurate records and providing seasonal performance reports.
Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or supply chain (preferably herbs, spices, or horticulture).
  • Strong knowledge of crop production, post-harvest handling, and food safety systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to grower sites (local and interstate).
