**Who We Are Looking For**:
The **Field Service Specialist** **will support the AGCO Dealer network, by being a field based contact point for technical support, and provide support to the dealer including, but not limited to operational / departmental support; workshop operation, special tooling, customer queries, product campaigns and training requirements.

Technical support, providing a first point of contact to assist with technical issues within the dealership, and provide timely solutions to ensure consistent uptime of AGCO products.

**What You Will Do**:

- Work alongside our dealer partners to resolve field service issues.
- Attend, ’Train the Trainer’ courses on all AGCO products
- Organize & conduct/assist dealer training - product, technical, installations, & AGCO systems
- Perform technical visits to support timely resolutions to product issues.
- Communicate with dealers directly and via Tech Connect support portal.

**What You Are**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of product and technical understanding of modern agricultural equipment.

Strong analytical skills and evaluative judgement based on the analysis of factual and qualitive information in complicated or novel situations- Understanding and awareness of the Australian agricultural industry.
- Awareness of Occupational, Health & Safety requirements.
- Agricultural self-propelled sprayer experience.
